workM8.io has been designed to allow a wide range of peripherals to connect to the platform. Peripherals may be wearables, in-vehicle transmitters, RFID technology or a range of third-party sensors.

workM8.io can report on readings from a range of third party devices, illustrating location and other data through the portal. Data is monitored, stored and displayed through the portal and importantly, rules can be defined based on thresholds being breached.

workM8.io aims to be device agnostic and successful integrations have included:

  • Fuel level sensors

  • Dust sensors

  • Vibration sensors

  • Temperature sensor

  • Both active and passive RFID tags for staff and equipment
